My brother is not dependent on mother. He's been working full time and making good money. Not sure why they would count him. Moreover, he's not accompanying my mother. Is there any way I can explain this to officer ?

Dependency definition is not related to financial situation. It is based on blood relation (spouse, kids) and age (kids).

I got a request for proof of relationship too. I am representative for my mother so I am doing an explanation letter attaching my documents.

Also in your letter was there highlight in RED to send before a specified date and that this letter will not be re-issued? The subject line on my reply should be "PGP APR" again in red. Not sure if this means something.

Is it normal to have so many applicants without AOR's? It looks like the applicants who are requested additional documents are pushed to the end of the queue.

Just put homemaker and town/country where parent was living.
If multiple addresses, then you can just leave it with homemaker.

Imm5562 is only travel history and covers last 10 years.
It does not ask for addresses

I send it yesterday as email attachment and also through mycic. I don't think we get any response on sending, maybe will call in a week or so to make sure they have received it.

yes, CIC does not send acknowledgement. I also called them after a few days to check if they have received the documents.
