Hello, anyone can provide me a number where I can call and talk to an agent for an update on my application please ?
I tried the 1-888-242-2100 but the menu has changed and I cannot reach a human agent. It is all automated option messages.
Please advise, thanks.

Could you please share your expertise and clarify to me if it's normal that I had my ecas activated over two weeks ago but I still have not received AOR.
Is it normal? May 31 applicant and additional docs were requested and received by them.

yes it is normal, wait for next batch run for AoR from CPC-M.

Hello,

I was reviewing the scanned copies of the forms I sent back in June and I noticed that I have copy-pasted the wrong address for one of my mom's siblings in IMM5406 (the same address was put for two of her siblings). Should I sent a corrected version of the form via email or web form? I received AOR on Oct 23.
I appreciate your thoughts and comments on this. Thank you

Wait for the next batch. I got my AoR 12 days after ecas got activated.
