Every .pdf form has a date on lower left corner, If this date is matching with IRCC latest forms download page, then forms are latest, right?

I started filling my forms before invitation (in March/April), just want to make sure that I'm using the latest forms!!

1. In Schedule A background declaration, i dont know my grandfather's date of birth..i know i have to put * for that..but i cant validate the form..any one experienced that.
2. MY birth certificate has my maiden name. after marriage i have different last name. i am just wondering if I have to submit my marriage certificate to confirm my name

Where does it say that the photographer/ studio has to sign the back of the photo?

he photographer may use a stamp or handwrite this information

Signature not needed but I also would ask him to sign as well after hand written. I dontwant to risk it.

Hello Everyone,

I received an invitation to sponsor my parents. My Query is I recently became a Canadian citizen and all my education degrees and Passport name have different father and mother name spellings as compared to their actual passports.

I have submitted the sponsorship based on their passport name only and even they already have visitor visa also with their same passport name but doesn't match with my passport parent name.

Now while applying for their application , How I am suppose to prove that these are one and the same name and no other person ? Do I need a lawyer or what will be the best way to proceed . Please suggest . thanks
