Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2019

Hi
So i got an email requesting for pcc, CV and additional documents on sep27. I did not receive letter requesting biometrics in the mail or email. Should i be worried?
Also it say to submit a valid email address for parent . I have given an email address already so why are they asking again?

So should i just wait for the letter? And will they send it to my address in Canada or To my parents address in India. My mom is here in canada so no one will receive the letter in India. Also i gave my email address and address for all communication to Immigration

File transferred to New Delhi Visa Office on Oct 08

no medical or PCC yet. Although we had submitted the IME medical form as well as the PCC along with the file so lets see if they still ask for it again or just process it as they both are valid till Feb 2020.

I'm filling the travel history form 5562e for my parents

there is a section for dependent children
they only have one child that's me, and i'm sponsoring them
do i need to fill my travel history in this section?

so whats the question? What are the Country Specific Requirements? For Indians its

1. Birth Certificate. If Birth certificate is not available then provide copies of School / College certificates showing DoB

2. Voter ID Card

in PCC/Travel history letter I received, They are asking

• A new police clearance certificate for time spent in any country for a period of 6 months or more, for you and for all accompanying dependants over the age of 18, if the prior certificates on file are greater than 12 months old. • A travel history form for you and for all accompanying dependants over the age of 18, declaring all travel undertaken. This form is also available on our website at the following address: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/E33029.PDF

1 - is it normal that they are asking to submit document to delhi office even though parent current address is in Canada ?
2 - should i submit Travel history as per the format (page 5 of E33029) or can it be imm5562e
3 - Please return this form - I don't understand which form - is it copy of letter I need to attach or fill everything of E33029

Guys I'm sorry to keep asking questions.
The Right of Permanent Residence Fee, which is 490 dollars
Was it included in the fees that we paid when we applied? I paid 2250 cad for my parents, did that include this 490 ?
