NDVO requesting Additional document via Email. (no message in myCIC)
as per local visa office comment: if you send document vie Email you will get following reply ( sometime Email go to spam folder in my case first time i got in my Inbox and next minute other email from same sender deliver in Spam folder. )

If you send via DHL just keep tracking # as a reference. LVO not sending any AoR for requesting document.

Hi all we applied and received invitation on April 26th completes forms were sent and received in Ottawa on 4th June I’m assuming by reading some previous parts of this thread that we may hear something shortly as we have had no correspondence sent to us since receiving the invitation.

Some of June 3 and 4th started to see the updates from yesterday. Your one should be available by Friday.
I mailed in my application May the 9th.
Still nothing updated, no approval of sponsorship, no medical request, no nothing.
I called cic once back two weeks, all the rep ask me to do it waiting.
don't understand what they are doing to me, are there anyone else as late as mine? what other way I can followup on this?

Que 1: is your Ecas Available?
if not : did you ask temp file # from CIC? , if you have Temp file # means CIC received your file .

You don’t even have ecas status available?
As there are few of us, who are May 09-10 and stuck in process but if you can’t even see ecas then try to call them.
Congrats!! Does it mean the final decision made for your parent's sponsorship and no further paperwork? Your parents landed already?
1. Yes this could cause inadmissibility. Congestive heart failure will unfortunately not go away and will continue to be an expensive longterm problem.
2. You must be honest or you could be refused for misrepresenting your condition. A doctor could identify CHF pretty easily with a basic exam. You are also supposed to indicate what medications you are taking.
3. Your father will likely be sent for further cardiac testing. You can include a letter from his current cardiologist indicating the current state of his CHF and his prognosis. Not sure how the panel physician determines at what point CHF patients will be too expensive. As you just mentioned he has just been in hospital. Unfortunately these episodes will likely become more common.
