Have anyone seen the following bullet point on their e-cas:

We sent you a letter on July 17, 2019. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

If yes, please share with the forum what is it about.
i don't think i have made any mistakes. still, I am really worried about the content of the letter.

For me the top rows and the names are frozen, when i scroll they're always there.
