You'll be able to enter the lottery in January 2019 and hope you are selected. Only a limited number of applications are accepted each year.

If you are selected, you will then be able to submit the application to sponsor your parents in March to May of 2019.

You cannot do anything until then.

Well - your income definitely matters. You cannot sponsor unless you meet the income requirements. Your parents will also have to pass a medical to be approved.

However yes - the lottery is purely based on luck.

So parents have to do medical even before we do online application. Hwo can i see the online application sample, so i can be ready with all the necessary things.

No - they do the medical after they have been invited to apply.

There is really nothing to prepare. Just wait until January 2019 and read the new rules as things may change.

No complication. When you calculate LICO - you will both need to include yourself, your wife, her parents, your parents and any other dependents you have (e.g. children).
