Anyone here from the philippines or tried to get and NBI from the Philippines while in Canada? My parents are here under supervisa and we requested their PCC through a representative, time is running out can our relative just take a picture and submit the nbi clearance online without a thumbmark? I believe there will be no thumbmark when it is printed...will that be okay with CIC?

Click the "Tell US More" link then follow the prompts. On the last page there's an option to upload documents.

first round, application received july 2017, aor nov 2017, in process since january 2018, decision made since 20th march. No email yet from CIC. Is it something normal.

Anyone else with same status as me or from first round still waiting for SA.

I applied through CIC Mississauga, and the PR application has been forwarded to Mexico.

there is only one office where you first apply. Then it gets forwarded to a LVO, inside Ottawa, outside multiple

Where did you check your status of "In Process" and "Decision Made" ?
If it's decision made, doesn't it mean SA is done already?
