For Pcc I was asked to send original pcc, but I scanned and emailed? You think I should have mailed to NDVO?

Anyone from first round of 2017 applicants who didn't receive any Medical or Police clearance request from CIC yet? I have received my SA back in April but no progress since then. I have also sent them PCC in advance and submitted ATIP form to request them for the update of my file but no response so far. Any thought?

That's very unusual! Even 2018 applicants have started getting their PR's

Someone from 2017 2nd round got passport request from New Delhi n we from 1st round are still waiting. It has been more then a month they received our pcc n travel form but back ground check had not started.

Please update my status to Decision Made : Approved on 8th September.

I am awaiting my parents passport to be delivered as received notification on 7th September that processed passports are dispatched from NDVO to Local Canada visa centre

I’m from 1st round, and background check has not started yet. I got medical n pcc request on 7th July.
On additional doc it says not applicable. Medical - passed.
I guess background check is the last step. Don’t know when that will start.

Need guidance and help.
I had submitted via email PCC and Supplementary Information - Your Travels as requested by cic back in July.
I got message again on August 21st to submit replacement copy of PCC and Supplementary Information - Your Travels,which I did on August 21st.
This time it I uploaded the documents on CIC-My Account.
Any idea why would CIC request the document again ?
It has been almost 3 weeks since submission still no update from CIC.
Should I submit case specific inquiry?
I have tried calling but could not get through.
I am getting worried now.

Congrats to those of you who already got DM in the past month. Seems like I am the only unlucky one who got PF and still waiting for a response (additional documents submitted on July 1st). So worry now.

Can you please clarify the following:
- When did you do medical?
- When did you send PCC?
- Where exactly did you send PCC? Email I New Delhi, web form, or mailed?
- When did your Background Check showed Started Processing?

I received an email for all 3 requests in one.

1. Medical exam
2. Pr fees receipt proof
3. PCC.

Date : July 17
