Parents and grandparents class - INCOME

Guys,

I need your help and advice. In federal income table, it shows

2 person - $38618 (2015) - $38272 (2014) - $37705 (2013)
3 person - $47476 (2015) - $47052 (2014) - $46354 (2013)
..........
.....

How do CIC calculate ??

lets say, Husband & Wife -- family of 2, their minimum income has to be $38616 (2015) if they are going to apply for Father and Mother.

Or CIC count as 4 persons family when applying for Father-Mother !!!

You have to meet the min income requirements for 4 people ( you, your wife your father and mother) for all 3 years 2015,2014, and 2013. I hope this helps.

Current family size + # of sponsored parents or grandparents must meet minimum lico for all 3 years (with NOA as proof),
