Hello

I got invitation for parents and grandparents PR sponsorship for my in laws. I meet the income requirements for sponsorship.
But issue is , I got married in 2018 and my wife came to Canada in 2019 on her PR ,
that’s why she doesn’t have CRA tax return for 2018.
So will their be an issue as she wasn’t here or we are still illegible for sponsorship ?
thank you

As long as you meet the income requirements, you can sponsor them. The fact she has not CRA return for 2018 doesn't matter.

Also, then you say that you got the invite - I'm assuming your wife is actually the one who received the invitation and you will be her co-sponsor.
