I received the invitation to apply for my parents sponsorship application. I have a brother 40 years old who was born with mental disability and he is considered as a dependent child of my parents, however at the time of submission for sponsorship interest I just mentioned I want to sponsor 2 person (my parents), now my question is that, can I add my brother to the application as I am financially self-sufficient to sponsor him too. Is that ok that I didn't mention for 3 persons on my interest form?
Thank you!

Not sure why you didn’t mention him but yes you can include him.

Thank you so much! I really don't know why but I was afraid that CIC would not accept him at the time for medical examination due to his condition. I heard something before that this type of disabilities might be considered as expensive for Canada health program and as such they may not accept him. Is that true or his condition will not be included in this category?

Yes that is true as well. He should be included because he is dependent of your parents but could also lead to your parents being refused. There are very few group homes for adults with various disabilities and the current wait list is over 20 years.
