Parental Sponsorship - IMM 5562 question

Hi Folks

Help here.

CIC requested for the following documents

* FBI Clearance - Check
* CV/Resume - Check
* Police Certificate - Sort of Check
* RPRF - Pay Residence Fee- Check
* Travel History - IMM 5562
--- question about this: what is your definition of country of residence? My parents were born in the Philippines and have been residing in the US for the last 19 years. IS their country of residence then US?
--- IT asks for travel history for Applicant, Spouse and CHildren over age of 18 ( children are all over the age of 18, all are Canadian Citizens, do we need to put our travel history for the last ten years as well?)

Definitions are pretty easy to find. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/glossary.asp

Canadians are not included in the app.
