Parent Visitor Visa Help - No ITR, No Properties

Hi Guys,
Here is my Background:
Me and my wife moved to Canada from USA in Oct, 2018 on WorkPermit and became PR through Express entry in April 04 2019. I am working as a Software Developer in Toronto with good income.
Now, we are planning to call my parents from India for 3 week visit, below is their background:
- No Properties on their name
- No ITRs. I asked them to stop working and retire in 2014, as soon as I started working in USA.
- My sister is married recently and lives in the same city as my parents.

I am planning to mention below things in the letter while applying visitor visa:
- My parents are taking care of my GrandParents. For this 3 week visit, my sister will be taking care of them. But they have to return back to them as they are very old and sick.
- Rental Agreement with receipts
- 5 lacs balance in their bank account. I am planning to send another 5 lacs next week and we will wait for 3 months before applying for visa and submit 3 month statements.
- Show Gold in bank locker as investment
- I will show 20,000 CAD in my bank account in Canada and mention that I am sponsoring their expenses for their trip
- They already have US tourist Visa. I will prepare itenary covering NY, USA and Toronto, Canada in those 3 weeks.

I know their application looks weak and chances are low, but I want to give it a try. Can you guys please suggest me what else can I do to strengthen it.

Have they visited the US before? Otherwise a TRV is mainly due to their income and savings. Their savings must coincide to their previous salaries or it is evident that you are the one who are sending them money and will be funding the trip. There is no point in sending them a large influx of money money. They should consider a supervisa if you have met the LICO with this year’s NOA.

Have they visited the US before? Otherwise a TRV is mainly due to their income and savings. Thanks for your reply. They haven't visited US before. I haven't met the income last year because I only worked in Canada for 3 months from OCT to DEC. This year I will have enough income to support them.

1. They dont have any travel history. They recently visited Nepal, but as Indians dont need passport to enter Nepal, no stamp on passport.
2. My mom was a homemaker and dad was doing a private job, so proof of retirement or pension.

what a VO sees in a file is the applicant would leave Canada after his/her stay. They need to have

1. Purpose of travel
2. Financial Support of their own
3. Home/Family ties
4. Travel history, if purpose of travel is weak

Once the VO sees the applicants have enough reasons to go back home, chances of getting a visa becomes higher.

I am sorry I thought you did;

No need to use a consultant or lawyer. A consultant letter certainly doesn’t improve your chances. Unfortunately their application is very weak and you haven’t really established yourself in Canada yet. If they do get rejected your best options will be to wait until next year and apply for a supervisa once you have your NOA that meets LICO.

1. Do they have a solid purpose to visit the US for a short duration (not for a typical six months' stay)?

2. Their rental agreement is NOT a reason for them to return to India.

3. Their ties to India are only your grandparents. What evidence can they provide to demonstrate that they take care of them?

4. Their financial situation is weak because they don't have any independent source of income, apart from the money that you remit. It's pointless to wait for 3 months before applying for their visas. It's easy to see that the money in their accounts was not earned by them.

5. No previous travel history

6. Do they have purchase receipts for the gold?

I lost my mom (she was my best friend too) in unexpected, tragic circumstances (for no apparent medical reason) within 45 minutes. And, needless to say, losing her has affected me and my life tremendously.

My dad has been/continues to be in a critical condition too. These last 1.5 months have been the toughest/most traumatic phase
