Parent Visit Visa from Pakistan

I have applied for my mother's visit from Pakistan. I applied in Feb 2021 and did not receive any response due to COVID wait time and later IRCC advised to reapply.

So I reapplied in Dec 2021 and application processing time was 37 days then, but in January the processing time again is 300 plus days. No response from IRCC yet.

Any suggestions on what I can do? How to expedite the process?

Processing times haven’t been updated. You should hear in the next month or two.
