Hello All,My mother was issued a strange supervisa with a 6 months(22/11/2022 to 22/05/2023) / 2 entries only.I requested CIC Singapore to reconsider for 10 years but they are not responding.Would there be any issues if reapply now?

It's always up to IRCC how long the visa is issued for. Applying for a super visa unfortunately does not guarantee that a super visa will be issued. IRCC can chose to issue a regular TRV instead or limit the duration of the visa.
