Hi I am sposoring my parent and finally I got to stage to submit to Quebec,

In form A-0520-BF
I see question 2 asking
Déclaration de la personne parrainée principale, parrainée à titre d’époux,
de conjoint de fait ou de partenaire conjugal

But I am sporing my mother
So How my mother can answer this
non of the situations apply

Also does question 4 means she has to put my info since i am sponsoring her


Also they ask us to read the guide and I dont know where it is

If anyone can help it is highly appreciated

Hi- I am having the same question for section 2 now that I am filling out this form. Were you able to figure it out?

Also, would you have the link to the "Guide du parrainé" that is mentioned? I do not find it anywhere in the official site, and the versions in other sites are not the same.

That form has to be filled by the person you are sponsoring, not you.
So your mother has to fill it
She has to answer NO to all questions

As for Question 4, she has to put the name of the person sponsoring her and date of birth of that person, you in this case
