I applied for the parent sponsorship for my mom in may 2018 and it was rejected in august 2019 due to not meeting LICO requirement for 1 out of 3 years (I meet the criteria now).
However, the application for PR for my mom is still in progress on the CIC application tracker. I want to know if there is a possibility of this (PR) application being accepted despite the sponsorship being rejected ?
