Hello,

I'm still in the first stage processing for my parent sponsorship but my parents have finalized their divorce paper and my mother does not want to come to Canada anymore but my dad still does.

So what should I do? Contact CIC to withdraw the application or do I just update them with divorce papers and that my mom no longer wishes to be process while my dad still does?

Thanks in advance for your help guys.

Assuming your father is the primary applicant, just notify CIC of their divorce (you'll have to provide the paperwork as well) and ask for your mother to be removed from the application as a dependent.
