Parent/Grandparent Super Visa from UK - Where is the Option to Apply Online?

Hi all

My mother is a UK citizen and has created a CIC account but she does not get an option to apply for a Super Visa or any other Visa. She only gets an option for the ETA. She has paid for the ETA and has the confirmation email but there is no Personal Reference Code or any other details in her account. She has filled out all the relevant forms (Temporary Resident Visa etc) and has all supporting documentation, sponsorship letter, proof of income, CIC medical and is ready to upload them but there is no options for this.

How does she actually apply for the Super Visa online?

When we go through the online tool to 'Apply to Come to Canada', we select the following:

- Visitor Visa, study and/or work permit
- What would like to do there? - Visit
- How long are you planning to stay in Canada - Temporarily - More than 6 months
- Family member who is Canadian citizen? - Yes

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes you are filling out the supervisa application correctly.

Could you expand on that at all? She has an ETA already but there are no options anywhere to upload her Temporary Resident Visa appliction and supporting documents. The only option I can see on her account page is the following:

Did you apply on paper or don't see your online application in your account? Add (link) your application to your account to access it and check your status online.

We haven't submitted a paper application. Should we upload all the Temporary Visa Forms and supporting evidence here?

As you have already realized she doesn’t qualify for a TRV. All she needs is and ETA. Is that the response when you answer the questions you posted and you answer over 6 months?

Yes, applying for the ETA is the only response we get after choosing 6 months or more on the online tool.
