Hello, everyone. I need some advise.

I have received an offer from SAIT and plan to apply for a study permit upon obtaining the attestation letter. I'm curious if I can simultaneously apply for my daughter's OPEN study permit alongside my application through the IRCC secure portal.

You can. However, you will have to provide an explanation that this is contingent to your visa application. Usually this would happened after the primary applicant has received their visa, but there is no reason why you cannot apply together.
