BC is processing . Eligibility is being reviewed. Medical results have been passed on April 27. Since NOC 2171 is removed from occupation in-demand list, will my application be rejected from Hong Kong Visa office?

No they will not reject your application on that base so be cool at all. No worries.

I appreciate bit of humor, my friend. It helps relieve stress associated with this whole process. My ecas for BC just says "your application is in progress. blah blah".. would it say "its in process.." when its underway? I am inland so when you referring to someone with my timeline, do you know if they are inland paper based? Again, thanks for replying on my post.

More than 3 month after AOR, no update, still in Sydney NS visa office, called IRCC yesterday, said no process yet. inland PNP paper based
AOR Feb. 8th, nothing after that.....

Hey everyone,

I am an inland paper based applicant, I received my nomination from BC less than 2 weeks ago, and plan to send my application to Sydney tomorrow.
I am currently working for the employer thanks to which I was nominated.

My work permit expires in 11 weeks from now, so I hope to get AOR by then so that I can apply for BOWP. Has any of you not received AOR before the expiry of your permit? but only while in implied status? did any of you got it at the border instead? I heard its possible too.

Btw my nomination was supposed to be employer restricted (Skilled Worker stream) but they gave me one without restrictions, which is great, but I need AOR to extend it, and if it was a closed permit that I needed, I would not need it apparently.

Curious to hear your experiences
