it is possible to change the job if we applied for pr but still did not get file number my employer is giving me hard time but I am getting same position in other company with more salary

If your PNP was based on a job offer given by your current employer then yes it would be better to stay until you get PR. If your PNP is not employment restricted, then you can change your job and update PNP.

You can change your job if you want, just notify the OINP. Your new employer will probably have to fill out the Employer Form again. Not an expert so wait for someone else to confirm this!

Paper based applications take up to 19 months for PR to be approved.

Yes you can change but since OP PNP is employment restricted, the new employer must meet OINP employer requirement including the job offer must be within standard of his current PNP nomination.

Lmao. So what I think the other commenter is trying to say is that it is a lot smoother if you can just wait the 19 months. OINP doesn't guarantee that your nomination will be kept if you change jobs. I'd highly recommend you contact them and talk about your specific situation before you do anything drastic like leaving your current employer.
