Paper based application process after nomination

Do we need to send experience letter again to CIC for paper based application after SINP.
In check list this is not mentioned anywhere.

Not required. Make sure to include exactly whats in the checklist. One of the major reasons for delay and frustration is incomplete documentation. Check and recheck that you have included all required documents and signed where necessary.

Can you please help me with the process of SINP - OID paper based application process after nomination approval.
Like how to do it and what all documents needed and the process.. its lot and its so confusing for me.
The time frame to file the docs and cost......details
I know I am asking for alot.
