Panjab University PG Diploma (distance mode) recognized by WES?

Hi,

I have a Bachelor of Engineering - Biotechnology from Panjab University (4 years), in order to increase my CRS i have joined PG Diploma in Statistics (1 year, distance mode) in Panjab University (university school of open learning).
Can anyone confirm if it is recognised by WES and if both these degrees together will qualify me for "2 or more degree/diploma programs one being more than 3 years"?

I hope someone has experience in this.
