My lawyer said the level of education point is only for HIGHEST level of education.

Originally I put level of education "two or more certificate ..." on both 2 yrs diploma (done in 2013) & 4 yrs Degree (done in 2007) ECA report says 4 yrs Canada equivalent degree.
my score was 425.

Now he said it should be " two yrs diploma ..." for my diploma done in 2013, " Bachelor's degree...." for my 4 yrs degree done in 2007 in EE query.
They are now separated, but describe the level of education on its own.. my score is now 393...

I am so panic, please let me know if my layer is wrong? there is a link on cic describes " Two or more certificates...." :

ECA assessment results:

A three-year or more certificate, diploma, or degree

PLUS any of the results in the sections below (not including secondary/high school), or:

Post-Bachelor's Certificate
Post-Bachelor's Diploma
Graduate Certificate
Postgraduate certificate
Postgraduate Diploma
two-year Postgraduate Diploma, specializing in [name of discipline]
one-year Postgraduate Certificate in [name of discipline]
Study Toward a Master's Degree

anybody can clearify this ?

Do you have a PG diploma or just Post secondary diploma?
If its post secondary, your lawyer is correct.
Most of them who have 2 yrs diploma from Canada will be on Post secondary.
make it sure.
I am in this list , because mine is PG diploma

I tried calling CIC helpline...but they were no good...so I sent an email to express entry people the day before yesterday...I haven't heard back form them yet...

but it says any sessions in the list below, college diploma is in 6 listed

It does say Post Graduate diploma., not post secondary..
It means, any courses actually need a 3 year completion of bachelors or diploma.
Post secondary diploma just need post secondary course. Not 3 yr course
