Panel Physicians in Spain

Hello everyone,

We need to have the medical done on my spouse's child who resides in Spain, but when his mother contacted the embassy they told her she must travel to the UK to take him to see a panel physician. This seems very strange and doesn't make sense, does anyone know how we can get the medical done in Spain without having to travel to another country?

You can have the medical done anywhere. Spain is fine. Just contact one of the panel physicians in Spain: http://www.cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx

is there any reason the Canadian Embassy would tell her that she has to travel to the UK? I don't get it.
