Panel physician did not do vision check for Express Entry upfront medical exam

What I did were chest X-ray, blood test and urine test. However there's supposed to be something else like weight, height, vision, etc. I think everyone at that time in that same clinics did the same exams. Is it OK?

Yes they do check weight height and vision for medical upfront.

But I didn't, and everyone who did the exam there didn't.
