Panel of physicians in India

I have received the email to complete medical examination in 30 days. The email suggest to find a physicians from this page cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx.

The dropdown to select country is empty - nice job CIC.

Does anyone know where to get the list of physicians in India?

I think it is crime to use latest OS and Browsers for CIC. I used one of my old computer with Internet Explorer 7 it worked. ;D

I'm on the latest version of Chrome and it works fine for me.

I'm using Xubuntu 15.04.
The site www.cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx
using Chrome Version 47.0.2526.73 (64-bit)
and also using Firefox version 40.0,
the drop down menu of countries shows a list of countries.

I have tried this with both Javascript turned on or off.
