Palestinian Refugee seeking for resettlement in Canada

Hi everyone, I'm going to tell you my story from beginning and I'm sorry if the topic got too long. First off I'm a Palestinian Refugee from 1948, in Gaza Strip ( yet I'm considered stateless ). I was born and raised in Saudi Arabia and still live in it. I've been facing racism and discrimination every since I was young Especially in college when students find out i'm from Palestine. Anyway, when I graduated I said I must go back to Gaza Strip ( even it's much worse in there ) but the war started in 2014 and my house was partly destroyed due to that. I now can never go there neither can I stay in Saud Arabia. I worked so i can help my family to rebuild the house but I quit because of so much racism and humiliation I had at work. My life is destroyed I don't have a country, I don't have nationality, I don't have a job, I don't have peaceful life. I have been through the website of CIC and I found a resettlement forms from outside Canada ( refugees and humanitarian resettlement) . I filled them all but still haven't sent them to the immigration Centre because I'm not sure if they would help me. All I need is some information about my case. Has anyone immigrated to Canada through these forms ? Am I eligible for this type of immigration? where should I submit my application ( Canada embassy in Saudi Arabia doesn't do immigration matters) ? And finally how much time does it take for processing ?

1. I'm registered as a refugee in United Nations ( UNRWA ).
2. I don't have the citizenship of Saudi Arabia.

Your story is heart touching. Discrimination and racism is horrible and especially to the most vulnerable.

Anyway, if you have no education your chances of immigrating are very slim in my opinion. Either refugee or getting married to a Canadian citizen.

You can try find a sponser here in Canada who will take care of you as a refugee if you are approved here is a link to the program on CIC website

Thank you. The government of Canada cannot sponsor me as I'm stateless ? I didn't find any sponsor through the link

About my education yes I'm educated I have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering with 4 months experience in the field before I had to quit. Also, i can perfectly handle the English language. Does that increase the approval to my case ?

Your degree and knowledge of english def. help. What you need to do however is to get one year experience in the 5 of the duties listed in the link below. Once you complete a year of experience, your employer has to provide you with a letter saying how you performed these tasks similar what is listed in the 2131 NOC
