Palestinian - No ties to country?

Hello. I am 18 years old and I am Palestinian. I got acceptances from many universities in Canada and I decided which one I want to go to. The problem is the visa application. I haven't started with it yet but I know I need to show ties to my home country. In my case, I was born and bred in the UAE and I never visited palestine. Can I show ties to the uae by mentioning that all my family lives here? Parents, siblings, aunts uncles etc. Does it help if one of my aunts (mother's sister) is a UAE citizen?
Also, almost everyone here on this forum is applying to graduate school (Masters/PG diploma). I am applying to Undergraduate studies. Will the VO be more lenient with me? Because I do not have any previous postsecondary education or work experience.

Please help me out with this. Thank you!

I would just provide all necessary documents ( Good bank statements from your parents ) and I think you will get the visa pretty easy
doesn't really matter to show your strong ties to Palestine I would assume they understand the Palestinians situation in the GCC country

Wish you the best
good luck

Can anyone please help answer this question too. Please.

Thank you
simply show the property you own or of your parents, any such document will work indicating that you will be compelled to return to your hone country once you complete your studies in Canada.

There is no way i could return to my home country (Palestine) because of the war and occupation. How can i convince them that i will return to the UAE ?

I won't even bother about so called ties to country if my admission, IELTS and academics are strong. After all this is what you need to prove your material.

Thanks for your comment. I sure hope so. I am so worried my visa will be rejected because of this. It really isn't our fault that our home country is under occupation :(
