Guys need your suggestion!

Here is my situation initially I got admitted for September 2014 my classes started on 3rd September and last date to join university was 24 September but couldn't make it. Got medical call on 18 September and medical done on 23 September. Since last date to reach campus has already passed I requested Memorial University to deffer my admission and today they issued me new LOA for January 2015.

Now my question is should I send this new LOA to embassy myself or I should wait and see when they ask me to do this?

I got admitted for fall semester but my registration started from 14 July so this indicates you might register before the start of session . But I guess normally people prefer to register at campus because of uncertainty of getting visa .

Thanks for the input Adeel. I simply don't understand what is meant by "you are eligible to register as of September 2014. For general inquiries, please consult your Department" ????????? Is it something to worry about or is it a normal procedure?

Looking forward to hearing from you guys,

Send them the letter and explain situation. It would sooth your nerves. Or the second option is to wait till they ask you. I was in same situation, i send them the letter preemptively.

if it is a paper based application, then send it otherwise, wait and see

I tried looking for that thread of one of our boys who traveled to Canada.....and showed his deferral letter there.....Everything went smooth.....

Thanks Yasir bahi for your response I agree sending them in advance will save some time and ll decrease this nervousness. Actually I applied paper based so what do you think should I send them case specific inquiry or through VFS which one would be better?

It don't think its unusual and in my opinion "as of September 2014" means your registration (for 5 January) starts from 30 September but would be safe you confirm it from your department .

I dont know if you can send documents afterwards through VFS. I dont know about this. Maybe just send them an e-mail? I sent an e-mail but then i have applied online.

I submitted a case specific inquiry on Sep 2 and they have not responded so far.
Its been 16 weeks now since I applied for visa.
Should I send another email, case specific inquiry or WAIT AND DO NOTHING ??
