Good Morning

Lot of activity-Good going here. Yeah lets assemble more people, and have more facts and lets then have a class action. My intake is gone and my chances are blasted but i am with you all till the end. We are going to write to all english dailies and explain situation, dailies that must be read by embassies staff. And we are sending written signed petition to immigration minister (as Brass said), Their foreign office, the ambassador, Pakistan's minister for education, Pakistan's minister of Labour and everybody worth a flyfart. And maybe a peaceful assembly outside embassy ( Probably wearing shirts having our application numbers only? Cause thats what we really are to them)
This is the second year of my life that i wasted for not getting visa. Turned to dust.
Lets remember, we are all in a sinking boat, we may go down, but lets have the honor of having the last shout and last knot of glory with flags half mast.
Lets get more people here bhai. Lets get all the pakistanis on THIS THREAD NOWWWW!!!

Not at all. First of all, all be ware that we, as a group hasnt decided on anything. Secondly, nothing can be done unless we all agree to an agreeable course of action. Third and most important, i think we have all missed our intake already. Nothings gonna change in two weeks anyway cause most universities are starting on 3rd september. Lets wait till then.
Everybody's concerns are really understandable. And apprehension is natural. IF AT ALL, we decide to choose a course of action, we are going to be very mature and sensible about it.

they said to me, embassy is working internally and it is closed for public dealing and he also said that we got passports from embassy on Monday its mean they are working.
I also asked for filing petition and faxing again and again to put some pressure and he replied me with strong words "don't do this, embassy will reject you straightaway. these things reflects that you are very curious to get visa and weak home ties. these are highly perilious for us. the person told me that one visa came after six months. please wait and do not spoil your cases. rest as you wish.

Weak home ties indeed. You are absolutely right. We have weak ties i guess, thats why we are going, to begin with -Truth be told, we like it or not. Besides, these VHS people are really awesome and helpful, alright. Been through this and have heard it before. These are the same guys who woundnt have my biometrics again unless a letter is issued, again, even when my status never changed within 30 days. Its business to them man. Thats what they are gonna say.
And besides, if canada really does want to send all international graduates back, why dont they just get done with all international graduate retention schemes/Incentives? In certain provinces they are even forking money to the tune of your academic fee if you settle in the province that you attained your education in. Its just that they dont want us to be among those settling Hahahahahahaha

with all due respect of your facts. but brother still it is a rejection reason and most of us get this rejection and you can see this in previous applicants data spreadsheets. brother, whatever I told u it is my experienced today and they advice me of patience and waiting. again the visa is not our right but their privilege. :-X

Call their number, they have an agent to talk to you, unlike Islamabad.

We honour them as always, however if they play with our future, dignity and career, I wont give them a *uck!!. Those who have achieved scholarships, only they know what it takes to be able to win a Canadian grant. I am up in the air since August 2013 and I refused so many other opportunities as I thought Canada will honour my intellect.
