And for your passport collection, if you have any relative in Karachi, they can collect the passport provided they show the receipt at VFS which was issued to you when you filed for visa at VFS. Thanks very much. I got approval email yesterday morning at 10:42 AM unexpectly when i woke up and then vfs emailed me in evening to get the PP.Further vfs called me to inform about the same,i requested to transfer my file islamabad,they said we,ll discuss and seewwhat could be done.

Don't know if anyone else can receive your passport or not. VFS will call you when they have you passport so do ask them. In any case they need the receipt. They ask you to open the package in front of them and then hold the passport in your hand in front of the camera with 1-2 pages visible. So I don't know if someone other than you can do it.

You have visa bro congrats on that. If you want to save time then take a flight to Karachi and collect your visa else you can go on daewoo.

Thanks bro and yes vfs called me today and i discussed the problem they said a blood relation can get the passport if he/she has the receipt but problem is i have lost the receipt vfs given me neither i have blood relation in karachi so i asked them to transfer my file to islamabad or give it to my friend they said we ll discuss and let u know what could be done.lets see what happens

My advice to all those who are going to apply visa is apply atleast 4 months before the start of your classes otherwise u may end up losing your semester and u,ll have to defer to next semester because i have noticed CHC is consuming more than 15 weeks in not all but most of cases and they dont care if u are going to loose semester or not.

Since your cpga is quite low most probably u wont be able to get admission in reputed universities therefore i w,d suggest u to look for into average universities or technical colleges.

Guys my visa application has been approved and passport dispatched to vfs.
I knew nothing about requirments neither i had consultant but this forum really helped get over all this and specially many thanks to all friends on this thread for helping during testing times.
