Emirates told me that you can buy domestic flights from Air Canada from Lahore. So I went to Air Canada and got some info. Their rates were good I think, almost same as PIA with better flights.

But with more connections and Layover.

Here is the flight detail for Dec 25th for example.

• EY019 25DEC AUH-LHR 0815-1205 --> Etihad [Abu Dhabi] to [London]

Layover:

• EY242 25DEC LHE-AUH 0340-0625 --> Layover in Abu Dhabi AUH : 1 hour, 50 minutes
• EY019 25DEC AUH-LHR 0815-1205 --> Layover in London LHR : 2 hours, 55 minutes

All times are local.

Total flight duration: 24 hours 10 minutes.

Price: PKR: 109,000/- Price to Toronto was ~10k less.

Thanks mate. I flew with Saudi Airlines. PIA only accepts great people and I guess I am not that great Saudia was actually a good experience except the 8 hours stay at Riyadh airport. But considering the price (Rs. 58000), it can't be any better. You probably know that others cost more than Rs. 85000

Good post and everyone should read all three parts. But I don't agree with half of it. He knows about Canada but life philosophy is completely subjective and personal.

AOA everyone !
after 6 months, at laaaaaaaast, they rejected my visa
giving following reasons
1. Purpose of visit
2. Personal Assets and Financial Status

I have searched out the reason for 1st objection.
But I am confused about second one. What are the possible reasons for this 2nd objection. I attached bank statement of my guardian which was roughly of 6 million PKR. On the other hand I had paid all tuition fee in advance. Still 6 million is not sufficient ??
