Immigration policies regarding which category?
I have heard that ontario and british columbia give immigration after masters. they dont need any work experience... Is it right ??

They haven't stated such thing on their official website. It might be through a route of PSW, Canadian Experience Class or PNP program.

PSW is Post Study Work. PNP is Provincial Nominee Program, when you apply through this program and province needs you in a specific field/work discipline, they invite you to be nominated for immigration on their behalf.

Thanks for correcting me. I will be filing case specific inquiry today. Did you apply for case Specific inquiry? Did they respond? I have heard the general impression is that they don't respond to case specific inquiries either.
And you submitted your updated LOA via case specific inquiry or VAC Islamabad? I am asking because u r a paper applicant like me.

Yes unexpectedly they replied the same day to me on October 13th. I made an inquiry at around 7 am and they responded at 1 pm asking me to submit the updated LOA.

I submitted by both ways.

CAQ is mandatory for online applicants though.

Processing duration:
The Ministère de l'Immigration, de la Diversité et de l'Inclusion has promised to process applications for a Québec Acceptance Certificate (CAQ) for studies within 20 business days, not including postal delivery time.

It's never too late. Just apply and have faith in Allah.
I got my admission late too for September 2015 but I applied in July anyways.
Just go for it. If you don't hear back from embassy after applying till mid-December, you can ask your university for a deferral.

My application is updated 2 time firstly on 17 oct and today.

But myCIC account has no new message . I don't know what are they updating...........Anyone has idea ..I am waiting my passport to return (Online application 15th May)
