Thanks for the overwhelming replies! I have recently had my medical examination at IOM but it was upfront as it was before receiving this call and they gave me an information sheet, no reports etc, so I just wanna know how to link the medical so I don't have to do the medical again! Thank you!

Yes, you can send this letter to embassy if asked for medical. No need to do again.

I have applied online on 5th May with upfront medical. Will be joining the McGill for PhD IA.
