pakistani students Help me plz plz plz its urgent!

I have received an email or Medical Health Assessment on 20, February 2013.
When i call IOM Migration Health Assessment Center, Karachi for my Medical they asked me to must bring original passport for Health Assessment but now the problem is that i did not received my original Passport i only received an Email with MEDICAL REPORT FORM.

so my question is that
What should i do? :'(
How to contact High Commission of Canada Islamabad? even they did not receive the phone.
What are the procedure to collect my original passport from embassy?

please guys its very urgent i will be very thankful for you if you can help me in this regard.

take a print out of email and go with photocopy of your passport.................I did my medical with only IOM form

take two photo copies of your passport, and all other things mentioned in the mail, medical will be done without original passport

Same case as you.
I have received a medical on an email on 2nd Feb and wait till 20th Feb but no response from CIC Islamabad regarding original passport.
So I take an appointment on Monday 25th Feb but they ask me bring original passport but I will go with my Original CNIC plus photo copy of Passport I wish I understand them.
