I had already submitted my application today without upfront medical. Is there any way now I request IOM for medical and get my e medical copy? Once I get request from CIC for medical, my medical will already be done and I will have my copy. In this way I will be able to send e copy immediately to the cic?
Pls correct me if I am wrong!

Just send an email to the IOM Karachi assessment center with your passport number,Full name, Date of Birth and type of visa; and they will give you an appointment. Visit the IOM Center according to your appointment schedule with your original passport. They will take different tests and provide you with an emedical information sheet. You have to upload that sheet with your online visa application and that's all.

I'm not sure about this because there are only two options available according to CIC, one of the options is to go for an upfront medical (before applying for the visa) and the second one is going for the medical after receiving medical request letter from CIC. So it would be better to go for the medical once you receive the medical request letter.

Hello Guys
Although it is bit off topic but as Pakistani you can guide me on this specific issue:

I am currently applying for PhD in different universities and i am really hopeful to get admission. I know mostly PhD is covered though funding but just for being on the safe side my father deposited Rs 3 million in my account as he is sponsoring my studies. now the issue is that he works in Kuwait and i need to submit a gift deed from him explaining that the amount which is deposited in my account is from him as a gift. We are really confused as to print a gift deed on simple paper and then stamped and signed it from embassy in Kuwait or should we use a legal paper like stamp paper to write this deed.

Same is the issue regarding Sponsor letter. should we print it on simple paper or write on stamp paper because we dont know what kind of legal paper is available in Kuwait for this purpose.

Try to get any kwati offical letter and then write on that.
But for PHD you should be covered for study and living depending on your professor and contract
