Mine is exactly same as yours but I received update about additional documents that were uploaded.
Yes, also at profile it was written that we uploaded and updated the sent documents but I don't think it really matters a lot as such because now people are getting decisions without any updates at profile.

I didn't received acknowledgement mail but on GC key it was updated that uploaded additional documents

Medical passed 8th Sept, additional documents request same day, eligibility review started same day, then no change till now
DLI is in COVID list,
One thing I noticed they are delaying Ontario’s applications as there are more COVID cases in Ontario. and I guess only 14 institutions are in DLI list where as in other provinces like BC or Manitoba there are lot more instructions are in the list
