Pakistani student in UAE

Hi, I am Farah, from Abu Dhabi, I did MBA in Marketing from Lahore. I applied via consultant in CDI College Toronto for Higher Secondary diploma in HR and I received Rejection from CHC Abu Dhabi stating that;

You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay in reaching this decision; I considered several factors, including;

• Your travel history
• Purpose of visit
• You have not provided documents demonstrating the relationship between you and your sponsor.
• Your personal assets and financial status “my paternal uncle is my sponsor he is a goldsmith”

Now I made following changes please guide me is this enough for me or should I change more things.
• Now I am getting admission in PGD – HR in Humber College for September 2012 Session.
• Regarding my Travel history I visited Pakistan twice during my stay in UAE and I will mentioned this on excel sheet [its been 16 months in am in UAE].
• I will rewrite my SOP.
• Regarding Sponsor…. I applied for Bank loan here in UAE and hopefully I will get AED 60,000/- [RS. 1,500,000/-] and I have AED 30,000/- already in my account [Rs. 750,000/-]. Total AED 90,000/- and equivalent to Pakistani Rupees 2,100,000/- is this enough for one year post graduation diploma?
• There is a 10 Marla plot on my name net value Rs. 1,700,000/- attaching this documents as well.
• Does there any need to attached or mentioned uncle Bank statement or other supporting documents

just change the province you will get visa 100%.
dont apply in toronto againg, humber colg is in toronto.
so make one change and get visa.

hey me also working in UAE-Doha Qatar for 2 years and Pakistani too not married...... also applied for canada student visa well i took 2 years computer network course and i paid 6000 CAD as my 1st semester tuition fee after that i showed 57000 Qatar Riyals (13,0000 pakistani rupees) so i did not get any financial objection but my visa refused due to this family ties condition that i will not come back to my home land after completing my studies ............
now i re submitted my visa application with a leave letter for one year from the company and i hope it will work

1. you can attach some property documents of your home land which will assure visa office that you will leave Canada after studies
2. you must write a cover letter which will show that your goals, plans , scope of study and your future plans .....you can take a chance to apply with this cover letter to Immigration office but without leave letter or property documents you chances are very less......

Salaam dear brother
i am working in saudi arabia since one year and now want to apply for study permit. but according to canadian embassy in riyadh ''one must have exit and re-entry visa on their passport'' what does it means?
2-according to saudi laws maximum of 6 months vacations are allowed to go to home country so if i apply from pakistan can this create problem for me?
3-my employer will never allow me to apply for study permit in saudi arabia. so what should be done in this case?

I m in uae my father have a business in uae but im on employment visa in my business my father is also in uae should i show ties in pak or show my father have business and i will come back after study......
