Pakistani Student for September 2014 intake?

Just curious if all "waiting" ppl are still actually waiting.
Another question I am repeating is about avg. time needed from receiving medical to visa.
Just trying to assess if someone receive medical in this week. Will s/he still be able to fly in last week of Aug. or its too much to expect.

As I notice that if any case is not considerable visa officers reject it in few day smostly. So if our cases take bit longer then it is positive sign as long as we have submitted authentic documents.


Secondly, most of Pakistani people get rejected by Visa officers on their financial state. While in India on Documents Un - authenticity or course mismatching.

Whoever Do not receive a call for medical look hard to attend their classes in September. So, they should make their mind for next session.

hi,
i read the link by paksis and thats true that doctors cannot practice medicine in canada before giving the mccee n qe examinations. but i am applying in the university for a masters program, the same way as engineers go after bachelors from pakistan or other countries to do their msc or master in specific fields.

do any one knows in there is any gender difference from the canadian visa officer for the student visa??

No....they really regard women and chances for getting your visa is high....they need people in medical field....

Ofcourse they encourage women a lot but plz be mindful of three things;
1- they are highly system/discipline oriented ppl and don't give a single inch of space on basis the of gender. (unlike our values to give extra respect to a women)
2 They have tons of medical jobs but the biggest jobless group in Canada is foreign qualified doctors specially from Pak. Reason being their system ONLY recognizing their local med. qualifications. not even US .
3. Passing rate for med. qualification exam level 1 & 2 in last ten years was 46% and 21% respectively

Going for masters is great

sorry to hear that..is tarah ka rare cases bhi hoo jata hain....but I know couple of people in my family as doctors and they are doing good...in which city your brother is living....?
