Pakistani spousal sponsorships outland anyone?

Hello everyone looking for support and any valuable information on sponsoring spouse from Pakistan.
For example how much time are we looking at to being re united? Where can we find detailed spread sheets regarding time lines? We just submitted our paper work on January 25 2016. Any help and friendship would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sponsoring my husband from Pakistan as well. We submitted our application in December 2015. So far, I've received AOR last week. I suggest you joining the January 2016 http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/january-2016-outland-spousal-applicants-t390783.0.htmlgroup to find timelines and information. The processing time varies, I just read someone today who had filed the application in July 2015 and received their PPR today so generally it's 17 months but could be as short as 6 months.

Thank you so much I appreciate your help. Nice to meet someone in the same boat. It's tough being apart from our love ones and looking at such a long wait.Hope to see some improvement on wait times now our sponsorship package will be sent to UK.

Yes we are all in this together. Hang in there!
Some people have received their PPR requests in 4 - 6 months so just wait and hope for the best!

Hang in there, we are all in this together. I am sponsoring my wife from Pakistan. CIC received my app on Feb 1, 2016. This is going to be a long wait.
