Hi guys anyone please help me with my situation i applied on 6 june 2019 for visitor visa thru online CIC as i checked it shows from uae 28 days but until now there is no response i have also done my biometrics on 9 june which shows online i dont know what i will do

Delaying that much does it mean there is good number of chances to be approved ???

The delay might be due to the number of applications being processed. Just wait for the result. If you applied online normally there will be updates on the status.

Honestly, you cannot tell how long it will take for something to get approved or not especially for Canada. The online timelines are just an estimate and it can vary from applicant to applicant. Countries like UK and USA have interviews in appointments and their outcomes are quite fast but for some reason Canada is way different and I am assuming they are receiving tons of applications which can cause a backlog as well.

Thank you for your prompt response i hope there decision in my application will be positive also i was expecting to travel on 1 aug but now i am a bit curious
