we have to show full tuition for complete course plus $1O,000
Or tuition and living both for 12 months?

Tuition and living both for 12 months would be enough
U can bring tuition fees down to one semester if u want.

some universities give admission without IELTS I secured admission in Concordia without IELTS Depends on your profile though.

Yes its necessary to submit IELTS I have seen cases on the forum where people have got rejected for not satisfying the VO that they are proficient in English. IELTS is one way of proving that you are proficient enough.

i managed to secure admission w/o ielts as my medium of instruction in B.E was in English. Due to this I was exempted in ielts. I gave ielts I secured 6 bands in all.so overall is 6. Is it fine?

hmm...can't really say. Its average i believe it would have been better if you had higher score in atleast 2 of the modules. Ask others too.
