After the status Received by visa office and 2nd AOR. (which DOCUMENTS information visa office do verify)

AND

After the status IN Process.(which DOCUMENTS information visa office do verify)

there are 2 kind of checks.

first : After the status Received by visa office and 2nd AOR. (which DOCUMENTS information visa office do verify)
Answer: After receiving 2nd AOR they do eligibility review again

After the status IN Process.(which DOCUMENTS information visa office do verify)
Answer: The status in proess means they are working on your file such as back ground check, documents verification banks statmet verifcation etc etc.

In this thread there is only one applicant "asyousuf" who has done the medicals and have sent the passport as well now just waiting for the passports to be returned.
