I hope you all will be doing good. I am applying for FSW category under NOC 2133. I have gathered all the docx. I am single and did all the documentation myself. Please help me in filling forms. As I am signle do I need to fill dependent children form??? or IMM5409E? IMM5476E ? IMM5604E??? As these form are not relevant in my case because I m single

Dear,
You need to attach all forms - not applicable ones to mark on the specified columns. for example in children column you need to right No Applicable.
Please do remember, none of the applicable form has to be missing, else you risk the application to be coming back, God forbidden

There is one more thing, since my medical was requested in March 2014 and similarly it was submitted with the authorities in the third week of March 2014, so I 've heard that I as per the FSW 2013 program, I will have to enter Canada before the expiry of my Medical???

Can you help with this query?

Yes you need to be in Canada before expiry of medical in 12 months, else you have to re go through medicals again

Dear Mr. MSaeed,

I've received an email with the attachement of a MS Word file by the name "PHEP-Update Information.Docx" which has columbs form names of applicant their dependant child, their names, passport Nos. Height and color of eyes. From what I have read from the internet PHEP is the abbreviation for "Photographs - Height - Eye colour - Passport"

They have also requested for the payment of "Right of Permanent Residence (RPRF)" along with the Passport copies ( bio page only ) for me and my family.

And the time period for submission is 30 days.

So my questions are;
1. do I need to send the photocopies of the Passports through email or by courier?
2. what is the processing time for this procedure?
3. Is that PPR or PPR comes after this PHEP?

If you could help me with these queries, I would be really thankful.

Yup, just take a measuring tape and do it. Mostly it is relevant more to kids as they may have raised more since the application filed.

And what is mean by PPR 1 or PPR 2 ? :-X ... loll .. ?

During PPR1 you are required to send copies of Passports.
In PPR2, you are required to send original passports for visa stamping etc

Hi,

I had a confusion regarding the filling up the form.

1) There are some fields in the form where the space is less , for example ... In form " IMM 5669 Background/Declaration" you have to write the name of the institution you attend. The name of my institution is long ... I'm unable to write it fully.
And I'm also unable to modify the font size as well... What to do in this case ? [ write as much as you can. I wrote names and city etc in other column, anyhow, max possible must be written, whereas, you may also put a cover letter on top of your application mentioning again details there]

2) In the same form specified above, There is question no.8 (PERSONAL DETAILS) where you need to fill up all the details from recent 10 years like what were you doing etc ... if you were employed or retired etc ... Now , I want to ask if we also need to mention between 2 months or not ? For e.g ... I finished my Secondary education in April 2005 ... then I got admitted to the university in the same year , that is August 2005 ... So in this case , between April and August I was applying for admissions and doing nothing else , lol ... [ Better to specify all times - You may simply write "At Home" for such period]

Now my question is that ... Is it necessary to fill up this timeframe as well or not ? since they have mentioned you should not have a gap in the time while specifying ... If it is necessary , then what should I write under the NAME OF SCHOOL/COMPANY tab ? - simply write "Home" if you were OR may write "Un-employed, at home". It is enough

There is one more thing bothering me, neither the PHEP nor the email has requested to photographs. But since PHEP stands for photographs, height, eyes and passport do I need to send them photographs as well????

It's been long since u filed your case and they might need to update your file first. They might ask you to provide updated information to update your file i-e Updated police clearance certificate for yourself & spouse if any , fill in Generic application form, Additional family information form (yourself & spouse), Schedule A Background /Declaration form (yourself & spouse), Travel form and Use of a representative form if any. They might ask you to pay visa fee, also to show proof of funds (Bank statement), Copy of passports (bio page only) 4xpassport size photos for yourself and each family member. You will have to post those documents within 60 days.
If you have already sent those information then you might get PPR1 by the end of this month. PPR2 takes 20 to 30 days once they get Updated information chart + Passport copies (bio page only) I mean PPR1 you know what I mean.
To me where you are till visa stamping will take three to four months.

Saeed plz clarify as what do u mean, are we talking of photograph as asked with medical? if so, when i went for medical did take photographs as said, but IOM didnt take stating that they have emdical system so no need hard photographs and took it on their system
