You are almost there... Hopefully you will get PPR with in a month now. And he mentioned about short landing because if he didn't extend your medical dates then you may have to land immediately to validate your PR which is no more required..

Hi,
I am new to this forum and need advice.
I have received my PPR1 and emailed my passport copies & updated information chart to LDNIMMIGRATION @ international.gc.ca.
question : is it fine to send passport copies & information chart to above email id or i should generate case specific inquiry and attach the passport copies etc ?

email them is enough no need inquiry. u can also post them hard copies by courior to LV at the address given in your email

i applied for fsw in april 2010 .my medical expired in august 2013.i had 2nd medical january 2014 along with rprf .In march i was asked for fresh working update.then after a long desperate wait i send an email regarding my case two days ago and they replied that my case is still under background check.please guide me how long before i receive my ppr as i am worried my medical will expire again and my whole family is upset.please guide.

apply for GCMS
ur BGC stsyed with updated docs, from updated docs to onward it may take 6 -10 months. But this time ur medical will not expire

London is also doing luck draw or personal selection.

There is no FIRST come first serve in London.

You should be lucky Smiley to be selected. Cool

This is total unfair they are ignoring people who are waiting for last two years or more but
they are sending PPR to selected applicants of their choice to whom they sent Medical earlier.

Anyone getting Medical from Nov-2013 onward will be bingo.......oooooooooooooooooooooo 8)

Any medical sent by Islamabad during strike or before strike having so much stress.....London have not given attention
to this as medical are expiring soon..................................................

thanx every one who helped me in this process

i will be in contact with every one, let me land to canada i will post my contact details,

i will be leaving to canada by 27th august,.....
