Hello Fellows!

Today marks one year since I did medicals. Not sure whats LVO doing on with my file!!

And if and when the remeds will be issued?

hope 2014 will bring some good news for all of us.

Happy new year to every one in advance as I am off for winter holidays now,

Regards

It seems that I am following your path. Kindly tell me if medicals received line appeared in your ecas. I did medicals in October but medicals received line not appearing on ecas after nearly 3 months. I have written to CHC London but no response from them either.

Is any one here on the forum who had medicals done but medicals received line did not appear on the ecas. ANY ADVICE/INFORMATION PLEASE!

Regards

Dear Nekeol,

i am not sure that I am under which program. I applied in Nov 2009 and submitted docs in April 2010.Should that mean I am in CAIPS or GCMS. Thanks for the only prompt response at this forum.

Dear friends,
I want to enter in Canada in March with my family and leave after 2 weeks (alone) to resume my work for another 3-4 months. Can anyone explain the LEGAL procedure to re-enter in Canada.

Regards

If you leave Canada before receiving your PR Card, you will need to have:

1. Have your friend/relative or someone, to courier your PR Cards to you wherever you live. CIC will send them to Canadian address only.
OR
2. Obtain a PR Travel Document from nearest Canadian Visa office, to enable you to return to Canada.

So in essence:

1. Passport + PR Card; or
2. Passport + PR travel document (sticker in passport issued by canadian visa office)
or
3. Entry by road to Canada from USA = Passport + copy of COPR is sufficient

Thank you very much!!!
From where should I obtain PR travel document, is it from Canada or the country I would be returning from. In my case I might be returning from Philippines. So, should I take it from Canadian visa office Philippines?
Secondly re. point 2. how do I get sticker and from which visa office? Canada or from where I would be returning from?
Thank you

i think the TD itself is a sticker (like a visa) which they place in your ppt.
In the phillipines you would apply at Canadian Embassy in Manila.

So, is there any chances that Canadian embassy can also refuse to provide travel document?
Just a suggestion. do you think, is it appropriate to travel outside Canada without PR or one do without any risk??

thanks

As far as I have been told, courier services now refuse sending PR cards via mail. So delivering in person would be the only option.

Also, how sure are you about entering using only COPR from the US? I'm planning to come back with my family too and then going back. If I can enter from the US then that would be a much easier option for me.

Yes this is the case.

But you have to come by car, not airplane or bus.

Send them an email requesting him the original docs and tell them 3 things 1) You are leaving in Feb so you need it on Urgent basis 2) Tell them that you need it through courier service so that it can arrive you safely 3) Finally, tell them that you will pay for the courier delivery so that the courier company (TCS in Pakistan's case) will charge you at the time handing over the envelop. As a result of this, there are two possibilities, either they will respond you and acknowledge it and send the docs or they will not respond you but within 10-15 days you will receive the docs.
