Pakistani Applicants waiting for PPR (Stage 1 or 2 letters) from CHC London

Dear Seniors,

What the are possible ways to get your original educations documents (transcripts) back from CHC London.

If we send email, we get standard reply to wait 28 days before answering....Even after 28 days not sure to get an answer.
Some people are getting these back with their visas & COPR but some are not ???
Is there a proper way to request CHC London to send these back??? badly needed for credential assessment.
Last resort is to get a duplicate issued form Universities???

Please help & respond.

I recieved My Passport with Visa and COPR, today.My immigration Journey took 2 years 6 months and 6 days.

1. You can send email and 28 days is a standard automated reply from server.
2. They will dispatch your documents may be within a 1-2 weeks but ….before you send an email
3. Please share your time line & what is your current status of PR application….

Thanks very much for your reply, I have already sent an email on 31st of Oct. I'm adding you in my skype ID now.

Here is my timeline:

Application received in Sydney 02Nov11
Initial Assessment Received 12Jan12
Interviewed in Abu Dhabi on 18Feb13
Medical Done 05May13
PPR1 received 30Sep13
PPR2 received 05Nov13 - Passports scheduled to deliver to CHC Islamabad today.

I got the duplicate as CHC lost my documents ,they sent it via snail mail and you know the postal situation in Pakistan

As per your profile status you ae planning to land in March 2014 but my opinion you muct land their minimum one month before the Visa expiry...which is 1 year from medical done date....
sometime there are unforeseen situations when you get stuck

good advice. I m planning to land in the third week of March, 2014 Inshaa Allah. But I'll consider to land either end of feb, 2014 or first week of March, 2014.
